Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return!
Return Shipping
To return a product, please email Service@Hap-tim.com within 30 days of delivery of the product and we will provide you with further instructions on where to send your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you return items without confirming with us, we will not accept the return.
Return/Refund Process
- Please email Service@Hap-tim.com first and we will reply to you as soon as possible. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. We will provide our warehouse address.
- Put the items in the original packaging. Returns are allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is unopened, on the premise that it does not affect secondary sales.
- Return address: China, Room 04, 15th Floor, Building 4, Baolong International Center, No. 1585 Luling Road, Siming District, Xiamen City.
- Hand the package over to your carrier. After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and the website for tracking logistics information.
Receiving Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items
If your product is found to be defective or damaged, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on product availability. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service email at Service@Hap-tim.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and details about the defect or damage.
- If necessary, please provide clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Our customer service team will evaluate this information and replace the product with a new one or issue a refund based on inventory availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Order Cancellation
We support order cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. Please contact us within this timeframe, otherwise, the goods may be shipped from the warehouse and we will be unable to cancel it for you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Service@Hap-tim.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to Service@Hap-tim.com.
Warranty
We take great pride in our products and design them to be long-lasting and withstand parents' daily activities. We offer a worry-free 180-day warranty from the date of receiving the order. Once we review and confirm that the product has a manufacturer defect, we will decide whether the product can be repaired or replaced.
